It is expected that the new prepaid meter will be preloaded with 10 credit units. Hloni Motloung also revealed that City Power will carry out the replacement process. So, private establishments are not authorized to replace any meters in this massive rollout program. As a matter of fact, only Actom, Landis+Gyr and Voltex are licensed to embark on this program.
