  • On the customer interface unit, press the ‘’#’’ button.
  • Once you press the ‘’#’’, the beeping sound will stop.

Longi is another prepaid meter that makes beeping sounds. It can be stopped by doing this:

  • Locate your Longi prepaid meter CIU
