• Wait for your STss Wallet to be created; once registered, they will send your username and password reset link to you.

3. Download the STSS Wallet App

• Visit Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery to download the app.
• You can also use STSS Web-App on their website at https://wallet.stss.co.za/wallet

4. Top-Up your STss Wallet

• Sign in to your STss Wallet App with your details
• Choose ‘’Top Up Wallet’’ option
• You can top-up your STss Wallet App through different methods, such as EFT, debit/credit card,  and instant EFT

5. Requesting a Credit Token

• Sign in to your STss Wallet App
• Go to the ‘’MY Wallet Balance’’ at the upper part of the screen
• Look at the bottom part of the screen and tap on the ‘’Request Tokens Here’’ button
• Now, choose your token type, i.e ‘’Water’’ or ‘Electricity’’
• Input the amount of token you want to generate in Rand. 
• Request the token now

6. Load the Token into your Meter

• Input the 20-digit recharge token into your STss prepaid meter through your CIU
• Once the token is entered correctly, your credit balance will update automatically.
