Follow the steps below:

Go to your meter keypad and dial ‘’990’; after that, click on the ‘’enter’’ button.
Wait for a response
After the response, press ‘’0000’’, and you are going to see ‘’GOOD’’ as response
Now, press 999 on your keypad, and you’ll see ‘’RESET’’ as a response.
At this point, you’ll need to remove the plug from the meter box and re-plug it.
Finally, you will receive a token from your disco; enter it and your meter has been successfully reset.

Second Method

On your prepaid meter keypad, press ‘’990’’ and click on the enter button to proceed
Now, input ‘’8888’’ and confirm it
At this stage, press ‘’999’’ and click on enter. If done correctly, you’re going to see ‘’RESET’’ on your meter’s LCD screen.
Now, you’ll need to remove the plug from the meter box and re-plug it.
Finally, input the token you received and your meter has been reset successfully.
