1. Application

2. Site Inspection

Eskom will visit your home or business environment to inspect the property.
They’ll choose appropriate cable for the connection
They’ll compose a technical design for the connection and choose the appropriate position for prepaid meter and the CIU.
They’ll also calculate the cost of the connection

3. Quotations

You’ll receive a quotation containing cost of new connection from Eskom within 30 days of your application
The quote will contain all the necessary charges and fees; carefully go through it.

4. Signing of the Quote and Payment
