Tatkal Vidyut Sanyojan (Tatkal) Connection Charges
If you reside in urban areas, i.e., those under LMV-1, LMV-2 and LMV-9 categories, and you want your power supply to be connected within 24 hours of your application, so long as such connection doesn’t require augmenting transformer capacity, commissioning of sub-station or extension of the distribution main, you’ll need to pay an additional charge for it. The charges are different for temporary and permanent connections. It is summarized below:

- Single phase (up to 4 kw): ₹750 for each connection
- Three phase (from 5 kw to 24 kw): ₹1000 for each connection
