2. Power Supply Interruption

  • If your prepaid meter has a backup battery, you should replace it with a new one in line with the manufacturer’s guide. 
  • Try resetting your prepaid meter by following the meter’s manual. 
  • If none of the above measures work for you, then you will need to contact your electricity provider for assistance.
