The Conlog prepaid meter has two different resetting codes depending on the target of your reset.

The Conlog prepaid meter master reset code is ‘’1234’’. Hexing Prepaid Electricity Meter Reset Code

The Hexing prepaid electricity meter reset code is ‘’865’. This code will help restore your hexing meter to its original state by clearing all glitches and errors that may have a negative effect on the meter. 

Eskom Prepaid Electricity Meter Reset Code

The Eskom prepaid electricity meter reset code is ‘’#’’. Once you input this code on your Eskom prepaid meter, it will return the meter to its original state, leading to enhanced performance. 

How to Reset Prepaid Electricity Meter

In order to restore your prepaid meter either to factory settings or its original state, you’ll need to follow some procedures. They are:

  • Connect your meter’s CIU to power source 
  • Input the code that corresponds to your meter brand
