4.		CIU not paired to any meter error	Go to your meter keypad and enter your meter’s serial number to match the meter inside the house with the one outside.
5.	ConnEct	Delayed connection error	Wait for about 30 minutes for the connection to be completed
6.	NOT_Act.	Activation error	It shows that your meter is not activated. Input ‘’55555’’ to get your meter activated.
7.	rEjEct	Invalid or authentication token error	You will need to contact your disco
8.		Technical problem	You won’t be able to clear it, contact your disco.
9.	E01	Initialization error	This means that your meter has not been initialized. Enter this token: 1275 4194 1448 6450 5970 to fix it.
10.		Low battery error	You will need to replace your meter’s battery
11.	Locked-oUT	Token lock error	This occurs if you exceed the limit of your current power supply due to many appliances. You won’t be able to have power with this error; you will need to wait for it to clear. Use appliances with less capacity.
12.	005	Tamper error	You will see this error if your meter is tampered with. So, never bypass your meter.
13.	77	Communication error	Dial ‘’0 Meter Number 0 Meter Number’’ and then tap on the enter
14.	06	Card error	Buy a new card.

How to Fix Error on a Prepaid Meter in Nigeria

There are different measures that can be used to fix prepaid meter errors. Hence, there is a normal general method of fixing prepaid meters. How to fix error 77 on prepaid meter

Error 77 occurs when the user interface unit is not able to communicate with the meter. 

To fix this error, you need to dial ‘’0 Meter Number 0 Meter Number’’ and then tap on the enter tab and the error will be fixed.

For instance, let’s assume your meter number is 67435987346. To fix this error 77, just dial 067435987346067435987346 and press enter, and the error will be cleared. 

How to Fix Error 06 on Prepaid Meter

This error occurs when the card is faulty. It can be fixed by buying a new card.
